The steeped sloped region of Tarrazu lends its name to this coffee, and is itself derived from an ancient tribe that used to inhabit this area. This region has a very strong coffee culture so you are assured of quality coffee, some might even say one of the best in the world. Perpetual springs feed the beans which are washed and drum dried.
